Fleet Street Publications
Be aware of Incompetence and threatening attitude

I subscribe to this service and received a bill for goods received - invoice dated for 06 Dec 2013. I did not receive this invoice in the mail until early in the New Year when the office re opened and we collected mail. Around 3rd week of January 2013 as per usual.
I filed invoice in my payments to be made file and at the end of the month, beginning February 2013 paid it.
22 February 2013 I received a mail threatening to hand me over to a debt collector if I did not pay. I sent the proof of payment and called as well. Apology was made by FSP and amounts were correctly allocated.
I went to my mailbox today - 02 April 2013 and received a red envelope from FSP Bad Debt Division supposedly dated 13 Feb 2013. Yes I know there has been a postal strike but this is just not on.
I called toady to speak to a manager about this and after giving all my details the lady taking my query had to be begged for her to put me through to a manager. Eventually after having been on the phone for some time I said if I was not put through to a manger or any attempt made to put me through to a a manger to discuss this issue - I would go to Hello Peter to complain. I rang off - no manager to speak to and no
