I received a sms on 20 August 2013: 'ADT client, your alarm has not been serviced in the past year. Please contact ADT today to book a service and receive 10% off the invoice price. 086 12 12 500.'
I called ADT on 20 August 2013 to book for my service. My alarm system was serviced on 22 August 2013 invoice no. 477220. I did not receive the 10% discount. I called ADT to e-mail me the new invoice stating the battery was changed to a new one as the invoice did not state this under actual work performed the 10% discount. I have not received this invoice so I can make payment.
