Have the decency to at least give me feedback!!!

Hello there
I left ABSA to join FNB, when applying for my accounts at FNB I mentioned that I had a Credit Card, Overdraft and Revolving load at ABSA. The FNB consultant told me that I just need to first open my account, and then after a couple of months apply for the other accounts with FNB so that I can then close my ABSA accounts, I can't have accounts with both banks.

It's now been 6 months and after numerous attempts to get in contact with someone to assist me with this, I am not getting feedback. This is my 3 attempt to get feedback from FNB. I have called the Platinum line and requested feedback but nothing!

What seems to be the delay? To still have open accounts with ABSA is costing me money! Why did I move to FNB? How are you helping me to save money? Have the decency to at least give me feedback!!!
