I recently had the unfortunate happen to me by my car getting. I spoke to William Sykes and he was professional in handling my call, however when it comes to keeping the client in the loop well lets just say it was more than pathetic as i had to do all the calling to find out what is happening with my claim. After i eventually jumped through all the hoops like a trained monkey for King Price they paid out my claim.
I would like to confirm why was i not paid for my radio and specified accessories with the claim, as the car still had the wheels on and the radio in???
Also i got debited for cover when i had no car will this be refunded?
i would like to remain a King Price customer in future and have a long relationship
