Bad service and delay

To whom it may concern. i had a claim resgitered with king price that was submitted on the 04 june 2013 and to date that payment hasnt been authorised. the claim was authorised on 05/06/2013 and i was told payment should take 3 days, this is an amount of R1600 that has taken 5 days to process. the turn around time and no sense of urgency on this cflaim has frustarted mke to this point where i am lodging this complaint. this is a quick claim that is authorised and settled at the same time by many insurers but it has taken 5 days and still waiting with king price. i dilligently pay my premiums on time every single month without fail and now it take a week to finalise a claim. i feel as though this is unacceptable and this has caused much inconvenience to me. Tougheeda who dealt with the claim was impatient and not empthetic, she merely did not give me feedback, i hjad to keep calling her for feedback. i would like this matter resolved soonest. i am a very dissapointed customer as i had very high expectations of King Price and their staff but this experience has really frustrated me.
