I have been with FNB for a while now and ever since they brought out temp loands etc in todays life a person needs a helping hand from month to month, apart from that, its quick and easy for them to call email and threat when a payment is late but as soon as a person asks for help they turn their backs on you..
Have now applied for an overdraft and about 4 weeks ago and no response, tried again two weeks ago and no response, i emailed and called and was told i will have someone contact me, guess what no one has yet replied to me...
This is the service of such a great bank but then when youre in a pickle easy to turn their backs on you..
I even want to cancel my account with them and go to another bank but which one theyre all so.
