I received a sms from ASBA stating that i should contact my branch with regard to my overdraft facility. I contacted the branch at Bayside. They said the they person that handles this was busy and would call me back.
I received no response from this person. When i called back, it was communicated to me that the usual person managing overdraft account was on leave. And that someone else will get back to me. I am still wait for the other person to get back to me
I don't understand why i should have to run up and down after a Bank that clearly does not need my business. I think a more productive use of my time is to investigate the offering of other banks. I'm sure they will have a quicker turn around time.
