Not keeping promises NO service

I've settled my account on the VW Polo 1.6 Com on the 14th of March. I called you guys again after making the payment to find out if you have received it.
I send you a e-mail on the 15th of March, requesting the following
"Good day,
I've settled the account related to the VW Polo 1.6 COM, please acknowledge payment as well as send me the necessary documentation to reregister this vehicle on my name as well as a final settlement/paid up letter stating that I do not owe you any monies regarding this vehicle.
Awaiting your speedy acknowledgement and my documentation
I then phoned you guys again on the 19th again asking what is happening. I also asked for the settlement letter showing that this "account" is paid up. I asked the lady how long will the process take for me to have my e-Natis documentation and she said five working days and the couriers will contact me.
Guess what its today the 2nd of April and I have received nothing yet. You are wasting my time and I'm spending a fortune on telephone calls and holding on. This is unacceptable.
The so called team leader made a promise that I will have my documents today before lunch. This is BS. You've got your money no do your part!
