FOR SAME OR OTHER REASON MY INTERNET BANKING SITE LOOKS TOTALLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT IT USE TO. EVERY TIME I WANT TO DO A PAYMENT IT SAYS LOGIN AGAIN, AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! IT ALSO SAY THAT THERE IS NOT A BENEFICIARY AFTER I CREATED ONE!!! I WANT THE OLD SITE THAT WAS WAY MORE USER FRIENDLY. THE NEW SITE IS REDICULOUS AND VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'M REPORTING THE PROBLEM. THE FIRST TIME I WAS NOT WITH MY COMPUTER AND COULD THUS NOT BE HELPED. THE GUY ASKED WHEN HE COULD PHONE ME AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
