Lack of communication with clients

My Car met up with an accident on the 02/02/2013 and i contacted Outsurance and was told to take it for repairs to Coach Work in Retreat on the 04/02/2013. When calling Outsurance on a number of times i was told to follow up with the company doing the repairs. When getting in to contact with Coach work i was told that i would get my car back on the 04/03/2013 a month later as they are awaiting on second hand parts and up untile now i have still not gotten my car back. I spoke to Isobel from Outsurance who said she would follow up and get back to me and i have still not heard from her today with regards to my matter. When i contacted Outsurance on the 07/03/2013 i spoke to Kavita who said "Yes she will call Coach Work" and just slammed the phone down in my ear and not even an apology for the poor service.

Im totally disgusted in the service of Outsurance and they do not bend over backwards for thier clients in anyway... As you have to do all the work for them while they reap your monthly payments...
