It took more than 3 months and empty promises

I applied for a switch on my bond from ABSA to Nedbank in December 2012, it took all of the 3 months later for them to decline it based on 80% of valuation which no one in the 3 months ever bothered to tell me. To date i was told that they will come back to me as they will appeal it to have it relook or reconsidered. However
no feedback on that either. Feedback is common decency in any industry and not the client phoning to find out but from from you as the ambassador of you business.
So in future dont switch, or apply for anything at Nedbank as they will just take to long or drop you like a hot potatoe.
