Very frustrating! Not only when there was the switch from Windows 7 to Windows 8, Nedbank Internet Business Banking was months LATE with being compatible. NOW they did it AGAIN! Switch from Windows 8.0 to 8.1 and again it is impossible to do your business internet banking, due to incompatibility with the Internet Explorer 11.. Both releases were announced months before. Is anyone awake at the Nedbank IT department or are they all sleeping and dont give a s... about their customers. How long will it take this time? It is extremely frustrating and not tolerable from one of the biggest banks in South Africa. Absolutely NOT professional.
