Monday 1 April I withdrew R1900 using the cash express inside Kolonade Retail park Pick n Pay. No payout was done and I took my slip to call absa immdiately. I was advised that reversal and or corrections will be automatically done within 24 hours. Today the 2 April I called absa again as the correction was not done just to be informed that no call was loghed and no error was reported the reason why no reversal was done. Eventually a call was logged and I received a ref number along with a new bit of info that it will take up to 9days for the investigation!!! This is unacceptable to have money deducted STRAIGHT AWAY and should be happy ro know that only after 9 days I will be refunded. No worry about debit orders that was and will be rejected... all calls are recorded but what does that help! If you dont get service when needed.
