Please assist by rectifying the account for years it has been billed while there was an emty stand with no water supply connected to it. The only thing that was there was a meter box. The structure was only build last year as well as the tap (water supply) was connected last year. Rand Water says we owe R16000. which means the people taking meter readings they are not doing their job properly or they have not been well trained. We went to. Garankuwa branch to complain nothing so far has been done. Please assist by rectifying this mess caused by your untrained staff.
