The last I heard from ABSA was on 13 Feb 2013 when Douglas Taylor sent an e-mail to Elsabe Jacobs (I was CC'ed) to say that the valuation needs to be requested electronically. I haven't heard anything from ABSA or any of their Insurance staff, nor have there been a valuator at my premises. It is not on to wait for 6 months for your claim to be approved and finalized. Why can you not come to the party and do your part. I am sure that you all earn a salary to DO your job, so do it!!! This time the complaint will not bed closed until the complaint is resolved. I have never done business with a company that is this slow to please their customers. I expect this to come to fruition - BAD service is not what anyone expect from their insurance company!!!
