Reversal = No Reversal Part II (Ref. Number:267437)

I got this message below and I thought I had hope of the reversed amount in my account its been another week and still the reversal which was done on my account on 13th March has still not reflected. I am heart broken and on my return to South Africa I would advise myself in saving with my favourite bank (now disappointed bank)
