Yet ANOTHER unauthorized debit order taken

Another "unknown" debit order for our SBSA Homeloan went off from my husband's FNB account last night after the consultant that I dealt with assured me that it will not happen again.
Does this mean we need to AGAIN go into a queue at FNB to AGAIN reverse the debit order that SBSA took without any reason doing so???
