I lost my bank card and phoned fnb to cancel and order a new card. the line cut off after I had cancelled my card but then when I phoned back they said I cant order a new card any more. Now I have to go into the branch to order a new one. but since I am a working individual I have to take off work to do so. I fail to understand why the guy from the bank could not even phone me back when yhe call was cut. just seems lazy to me and now I have to sort this out with a mission.
