On the 29th of March I went to withdraw an amount of R1500 at a capitec atm. I recieved a receipt and a message on my phhone notifying me that the money had been withdrawn from my account yet the money wasn't dispersed from the atm. I immediately called the customer care line and explained what had just happened, the consultant i spoke to informed me that bank serve was down and that's why the atm didn't disperse any money and that the funds would be reversed back into my account within an hour or within 3 days, that wasn't done on Friday so I decided to call on the 31st whereby the consultant told me that it would only be done today because the admin people do not work on Sundays. I called again today and another consultant told me that feedback would only be given on Wednesday because Friday and Monday aren't considered working days cause they are public holidays so now I have to fall into debt with other stores because my stupid bank does not want to give me my money back, I need to pay my bills and they're giving me a story. BULL
