3 weeks still no account details

After applying online and the form timing out, to an agent calling me and not able to assist with opening both accounts I am trying to apply for. Having to resend forms more than 3 times. Being called about the forms 4 times and just resending it over and over again. I eventually got the mails that says everything was approved.

Now 3 weeks later still don't have the account details or any cards delivered to me or delivered to the branch. Getting spammed by email and SMS's to make a deposit into my account that I don't have any details for. How do you figure I go about it?

Currently regretting "trying" to join FNB. Pretty much just take your accounts and close it. I will stay with me current bank.
