I did a forex payment on Thursday already and on all FNB's advertising they make it so easy and so fast to do it through them, well, it has been 4 days now and the payment still hasn't gone through. I am not receiving a discount or anything to make up for the pathetic service, at best i get a phone call to find out what the problem is but it never gets solved!!! What's the point!!!
