After much hassle in an attempt to cancel my Motor Vehicle Insurance with Wesbank Islamic Finance, i managed to get confirmation from Mumtaz on 26 Feb 2013 that the last debit order for insurance will be at the end of Feb due to insurance being billed in arrears. Thereafter i will be billed by my new Insurance service provider. Without much surprise i had a debit order go off yesterday with the Insurance amount included. I have reached my limits in trying to get any assistance from Wesbank Islamic Finance in any matters. They are definitely the most incompetent lot at Wesbank. I need this matter resolved as well as a solution to me never getting any joy from the Islamic Finance Contact Centre staff and Management. I am sure to soon be moving to another bank due to the disgusting service from Islamic Finance Team.
