Hello Peter,
I am about to scream from frustration because of FNB. While my mom is overseas on Holiday there is Forex due into her account. She went to FNB giving them authorisation that I can act on her behalf, leeters, ID, in person. These funds need to be cleared so I can make a payment towards the building contractors working at their house. Now all of a sudden Forex refuse to help me saying they need to speak to her and i need signing power.
What a bunch of bull!!
Why did she do all the effort to make arrangements then if they will not allow this.
Pathetic service! And their website is SO user UNFRIENDLY and I grew up with computers and regard myself as very computer savvy.
