I have two investments & a life insurance policy with Metropolitan Life for the past few years. Last month they were due to double debit my account which they did. I just logged on to my banking now only to realise they have done the same thing this month as well!!! Now my other debits have bounced. If I try the number on their website there is never any answer. I need my money back today. For such a massive company I really don't understand how such unprofessional, frustrating things like this happen. My broker is not to blame because I have always received excellent service from him.
