Cancelled my policies but you still deduct money

I surrendered my policies at the beginning of August but Metropolitan is still deducting the money from my paslip. The stop order is for R400, I have called them to refund me they asked me to send my payslips which I did on the 20th September but still I havent received my refund for September I only got the refund for August. I sent my Sepptember payslip to these numbers 011 4974728 and i faxed again to this number 0114974716.
