I am a Pensioner of 69. I cancelled Outsurance last year May 28th 2013 and received an SMS to say that the bonus that was due to me up to that date of R386.44 would be paid to me in January 2014. I waited patiently for January to arrive, but no Bonus was paid. I phoned and spoke to Adriaan this morning. He tells me that I forfeit the Bonus because I cancelled. Why would they send me an SMS with that exact amount if they were not going to pay. Pensioners rely on any income they get and to now tell me this will not be done is showing the company up as unprofessional. This really is unacceptable.
