I am sick of calling your contact centre to be transfered from one consultant to another, i made a transaction yesterday to pay my tv licence online using my cheque card which acts as a credt card but to find today that the ayment was processed twice by the bank. Called your bank numerous time to fbe told that its done and when i called again to verify i was told that it hasn't been done so which is which.
I payed in R1000.00 and that ayment was duplicated.
please assist in sorting this out as its pretty obvious that your contact centre cant help me with a thing.
