I Cant pay my credit card. After speaking to Internet banking helpline they told me the from account is not Fica'd???

??? HOW CAN THE ACCOUNT NOT BE FICA'D IF YOU NEED THE SAME DOCUMENTS TO OPEN IT???

I WILL NOT GO TO THE BRANCH TO FIX YOUR FUP.
