My account is not appearing at the credit bureaus and want to use it for credit rating since thats the only account i have got. Have made the request on your website and it seems there is no response. Reference numbers FI1559015 and FI1561066.The reponse i got is an e mail instructing me to phone a home specialist you phone and you keep holding forever and luckily someone phoned and said will get back to me, up to now am still waiting for the call.
Please assist.
