No control over your own money

I am struggling financially so I contacted all my creditors and I am paying reduced installments on all my accounts. Bruma Finance is 1 of companies. I have 2 loans with them and my debit orders is for R300 and R330 respectively. This month they have deducted 4 debit orders, 2 for R190 and R669.38 and R749.10 respectively. It equals to nearly R1800 where I have just left them R630. I went to bank to dispute and they told me that I need paid -up letters from Bruma finance. Obviously the acc is not paid up so I am not geting anything form them. What do I do now? I dont even have enough money to pay my rent now. Surely they can go back to my records to check that I have paid R630 all the other months and I dont make a habit of disputing debit orders. I have spoken to the manager who did not even listen to me. I have phone the call centre, the banking ombudsman who refered me to Capitec Bank complaints division. Basicly I feel as if I have no control over my own money, because banks wont even react on my instruction. I am their client, I pay their fees, but they favoring the other party! I am upset and frustated.
