How do I cancel??

Last Thurs I called FNB CC and spoke to Gugu at 8:54am. After telling her I wanted to cancel my credit card, she kindly put the phone down on me. After calling again, I got Mpho. Very unhelpful and rude but after telling her about 5 times I have paid up my card and want it cancelled - due to bad service. The best she could do was tell me to email FNBcard and maybe it will get seen to Sat or Sunday.
Eventually I spoke to Marlin, a manager, who said I was supposed to get a reply to the email by Wednesday. Since its now Friday and I've heard nothing, I called AGAIN today and spoke to Shaam who was just as bad as the rest of FNB and said they only got my email on the 2nd as its not a proper email system? It still doesn't make sense why I haven't heard back yet.
I left a msg for Marlin to call me today but that didn't happen either
