Extremely bad service

I have settled my personal loan with FNB, and have forwarded my proof of payment to them.
On 25/03 the monthly instalment was deducted from my account on 26/03I called in to get the payment reversed. Khosi told me that it would take up to 15days. I phoned again on 27/03, the lady then told me that it would take 48hours to reflect on their side, she said I must phone again tomorrow. On 28/03I phoned again and again spoke to Khosi who told me it could take up to 5working Days for the money to be refunded. I told her, like I told her on 25/03that this is not my problem that I want my money back, as I have obligations. She told me that since on 26/03 was the first time I called my case is not priority - SORRY how I'm I suppose to know prior to that, that you are gone take money out of my account. Best of it all is I was promised feedback before the end of business today - BIG JOKE, NO FEEDBACK. Is this what FNB has become? They don't care about their customers. BEEP BANK might be a better option. This is not my first problem with FNB. You have become too big and don't care about your clients any more. One client won't make a difference in your numbers, which is your new motto it seems
