I received an SMS from Oneplan on Saturday 23/03/2013 saying my debit order of R1020.00 will go through on the 25/03/2013. My first problem is that my monthly instalment is R320.00 and secondly my debit order is Signed to go off on the first of every month. I promptly phoned oneplan to find out what the problem was. I spoke to Nellie Sithole who assured me that she only saw a debit order of R530.00 and her supervisor would call me back - as of yet I have received no calls. 25/03/2013 came and the debited the R1020.00 from my account, in which there were no funds. I have called 5 times now and still await response from Thando Qobose with regards to a payment they insist I skipped in September 2011 - why did they not report this in 2011? Also they could have sent the missed payment details and made arrangements for payment - not just money from my account. I have sent 3 e-mails back to Thando Qobose and still await a reply with regards to the "Missed" payment. The service is very poor, and I went through 4 different people just to hear what the actual problem was
