Good Day-
I took a policy when I was contacted by an agent. When I didnt recieve my documents I contacted them and was told that it would be re posted.
When I didnt recieve it the 2nd time I called and was told the Correct address was incorrect.
I was not happy with teh service and requested this be cancelled as I was not given what I was promised. My bank account was debit in on the wrong date and incurred bank charges.
I escalated the matter and was told a manager would call me & 2 months after Im still waiting.
I want a refund and the policy which is now cancelled.
