I have contacted the Clientelle Life Call centre SERVERAL times to correct the details on my insurance policy.
I have spoken with at least 3 different consulatants regarding the fact that my Surname is spelt incorrectly, which legally could cause complications in the event of my death, as well as the fact that i have requested that the debit order is deducted on the 1st of every month, and EVERYTIME I am told that the policy and debit date has been corrected and yet every Month the debit order is processed on the 25th and my surname is still Incorrect.
My argument remains the same!
What happens if I do not have sufficiant funds? My Policy lapses?
Not to mention the Return Debit that i am charged every month?
I am SOOOOO tired of asking one person after the other for assistance without any positive response!
