Cancelation of policy / Refund

I took out a Funeral policy in Feb 2013 as well as hospital casback plan with Clientele. The agent informed me telephonicly that the first debit order would be taken from my account even if no paper work has been received and I was fine wih that. Seeing that I was inform that I would receive it within 3 weeks before the next ebit order date. So that would give me a reasonable time after the paper work was received to cancel the policy or correct any information that was not correct on the contract. Two months passed and no paper work received. I contacted Clientele yet again to inform them that I have not received anything and informed them that I would rather want to cancel as the service was not up to standards. Not once was I contacted or informed about anything but the the debit order was taken. She informed me that I cannot get a refund as the cancelation period had passed. I was transferd to the supervisor and he asked me to give them a chance and not cancel the policy he would sent my documents via speed post. I received it last week, but only the funeral policy was in the envelope. No cash back plan was sent to me. I want a refund and cannot believe Cleintele's service.
