NO HELP

In Nov 2012 an amount of R950.00 and in Dec R1100.00 was taken off my account. I phoned and spoke to 3 different people. No body could tell me why. The last person I spoke to me told me straight that they can take monies off my account and that I would not get it back. I have a loan with them but that is not even the amount of the loan. They said I was behind. Then in Dec they took the loan amount off and told sent and email on the 15/12/12 telling me thank you for my payment and my next one would be in Feb 2013. I then received an sms on the 3 Jan 2013 saying the debit order would not go through and they were charging me penalties. I need to know what is going on.
Nobody can give you the correct answers. And you constantly pushed from one person to the next.

With reference to an email sent on the 10 January. I did get a phone call and that issue was sorted. I sent an email in Feb/March to complaints with regards to conciling my account. The lady phoned me and said they are not able to do it. I have send numerous emails with regards to this and nobody has phoned me back. Nobody seems to care at all. What happened to customer service.
