Rude person phoned me

Hi. I received a call from the call centre regarding my outstanding balance on my credit card. I didn't hear her name, because I am sitting at a switchboard where the phone rings frequently, she said the call was recorded. She said I owed an amount of R2644.96. As I tried to explain to her that I was on debt counselling and according to the court order I should have paid everything. I asked her if I could send her the court order and the payments that was made, she was very rude and said that it is not necessary & I should rather make payments. According to the PDA I owe R816.66. I would like to settle, but can't speak to someone who rudely interrupts me everytime I try to speak. You can listen to the recording. She is absolutely not supposed to work at African Bank.
Can someone phone me who is willing to listen to me & to whom I can send the letter that states that I owe that amount. I also would like to settle this account. Thank you. Regards, Lelani
