Having logged on to the FFW website to see if I could save a bit of money on my Insurance I was pleasantly surprised that Humbulani phoned me virtually immediately. His handling of my query and collecting all my info (which is usually a pain) was fast and efficient. he even transferred me to my exisiting Insurer so that i could check for myself when my premiums could be stopped. he phoned me back to see that I was happy wiith what they had told me.
normally the changing of anything like this is a nightmare and I had been putting it off. this experience was a pleasure PLUS I am saving over R1 000 a month with them for the same cover PLUS a couple of extras.
so thank you Humbulani for starting my year oin such a positive note.
