I have battled to get a car that has been "bought" through wesbank, I applied on the 9th of January and this has still not been resolved, I have no car at the moment as I sold my car expecting the deal to be dealt with efficiently and quickly, Title guard has been terrible, they have done the bare minimum, I feel paying R3500 for bad service and attitude is unacceptable, as Titleguard is Wesbank/FNB's supplier it becomes your responsibility to keep the standards of your suppliers in check or don't use them, the attitude given to me when I asked to speed things up as the seller is leaving on business for overseas was terrible, " that's just the way it is" is not a great answer especially when you are in the service industry.

I continue to give FNB extra business thinking they will come around after all the rubbish I have been put through with them, I was even told I would receive a written apology 2 months ago... that never happened

What does it take to get good service from FNB?
