I have been trying to buy a car through Wesbank since December last year and everyday its the same story. We just need one more form completed to release payment. After almost a month of inconvenience i expected the seller to get paid today and now after Wesbank telling me that they have paid Titleguard the money to release to the seller. They are asking for YET ANOTHER copy of my ID and Drivers license before they release payment.

This is utter rubbish and now I am without a car for another day because of a page.

I expect an apology from Wesbank for this delay.
