Terrible Service

I have settled my personal loan in full on the 18/03/2013, today the 28th of March my debit order for this loan still went off which on normal circumstance supposed to go off on the last day of every month! I called through to the accounts and spoke to Claudine who advised me that their was no payment received but I have confirmation of it? She then said it will take 10 working days for them to allocate my payment and refund this money into my account? That's just disgusting service and she confirmed the amount I have settled!
