I contacted the 0860555111 self help number for Nedbank to increase my payment limit on my business account. After 3 attempts of being cut off, transferred from one consultant to another, made to listen to how easy it is to open a Nedbank account I was advised to contact another number 0860116400 and I was assured that they are the correct persons to assist. If you dial this number, you have the privilege of speaking to yet another tin voice who directs you to dial the right number in order to direct you to the correct consultant. I dialed #2 for telephone banking, as I was advised. You are then prompted to dial in your profile number and security password - which does not sound very safe to me, and then you have the privilege of listening to some Mozart concerto until you are then plainly cut off. I tried to remain calm, but after the 8th attempt and 40 min later, I'm thinking the bank that offer's me a service without a tin voice is the one that will be doing business with me. I'm fed up, fed up, fed up
