Service Failure

Whilst making an internet purchase the page crashed, the merchant never received payment and the money was never credited back to my account.

Upon calling the call centre the first time I was informed to go to a branch to lodge the request, which I did, only to find out I would be charged R150 for the privilege of getting my own money back. To date I have had no feedback or communication from Nedbank.

Today I called the call centre and finally reached the first consultant (after entering number after number) only to be informed that I was being transferred to another area. Getting through to a consultant with a horrible attitude and telling me she could not help me and she had no knowledge of who could. Now I have to run around to branches wasting my Saturday morning, as I work long hours for my money, in order to chase up the bank to provide me with a service I pay dearly for. I have been with Nedbank since I was a child, I now realise Steve may be right!!

I am in customer relations myself, I always go the extra mile to make a plan for them. They are the ones who pay my salary.
