DEDUCTIONS FOR DEVICE INSURANCE AGAIN!!!

I wrote a complaint about this last month, and today FNB has done it again! I NEVER took out device insurance but you've gone in TWICE to deduct and charged me TWICE for unpaid items! Please tell me if you want me to take my account elsewhere.

The next time this happens, I will sue you, and close my account.
