How can i help you!!!

I went to fnb closest to where I live. I got there at 15h15 and saw a long cue as always. Every time I come to that branch I regret it. I waited till 4. Then I was no 1 in the cue for a replacement card. After me were other white people, now I'm not one for the race card, but my goodness Lynette arrived and spoke to people after me in afrikaans. only saw an agent at 16:30, when I get there he informs me my documents haven't been loaded to the system that being my id and signature. I then ask how are you the 1st to inform me this since I've been banking here since 2009, so problem then is I hadn't seen my temp id had expired but isn't there meant to be someone walking around checking that you have all in order instead of wasting my time?? I ask to see the manager, and gosh was I disappointed in her attitude she was short and ride with me. I then asked to close my account, and she authorized that without trying to even talk me out, so the teller then says how can we close her account with an expired id, but she still authorized it. Meaning my business is not of importance and she can change the rules when she pleases.
