Pathetic/Appalling Insurance Service Providers

First for Women made me go back & forth on a claim that they had no intention of paying out. They were stalling to find loop holes in my claim so that they can reject it. They rejected my claim due to the no. of years that i have insurance cover for, I have /- 5 years, but they have 7 years on their system, which had apparently changed when my spouse called to review my premium. When i wanted a copy of that recording, they told that i can only receive it via post, which will take weeks to get to me, how convenient for them. I have been paying my monthly premiums for over 3 years & no one bothered to double check that all the details are correct. So they take your money & only when it comes to claiming then do they verify all the details, which takes weeks. I was told that it was not their job to check that all the information is correct when a policy is been taken out or updated. They even took my vehicle away and now tell me that i must make arrangements to get it picked up as my 1 tow facility was already used! by them! I don't even want to start about the service received by Samiksha Seetaram & Manager Lee-ann Perumal! I want someone to look into this, as this is absolutely unfair.
