On 25 March I had unauthorised debits amountin to R4060.I went into the bank, consultant's name was Candice and advised that I had previously stoped these debits & paid about R70 per debit. She advised that the previous stop was temporary. I told her that no 1 advised me of this. I confirmed that I had dealt with the creditor & therefore want the funds reversed. She told me that I would need to provide proof of this before this was done, new procedure. Told her the response she is giving me is not satisfactory & I want my money. She didnt escalate my query nor pay any further attention to me. You would swear the funds are the banks, she just requested the proof and could care less even when I said it was an emegency and I needed my funds. I have been a client for almost 20 years, from when my mother opened a JNR Bobsave for me in Carletonville. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH! There is not even a complaints book in this branch! Needless to say I took the proof of settlement to same branch and currently await my reversal. Thanks to your consultants lack of customer service (as its not what you say, its how you say it) and attitude I will close both my personal & business cheq acc GOODRIDDANCE!
