Difficululty in changing debit order date

Good day

I am a very unhappy fnb client
On the 04.05.2013 I went a jabulani mall fnb branch to get help in changing my loan debit date from weekly to month end as I am no longer getting paid weekly and a call was logged on my behalf to a consulted who barely assisted me in any way, I advised that there will be no fund available in my bank account to avoid having defaults, unpaid debit and a bad payment profile but to my amazement debits were still sent to my bank account till this day, I was advised that I needed to provide proof that im no longer getting paid weekly and I was not happy with that still as I had taken responsibility to make sure I advise in advance that funds will not be available.

I have been following up on the matter from 04.05.2013 to this current date with no joy and eventually yesterday I got hold of a guy Khumalo, Khulile [Email Removed]
Who was of great assistance, I emailed him employment confirmation as well as my payslip as proof that I'm now getting paid monthly so that my debit date can be amended accordingly to the 25th of every month, but I have been sent from pillar to post in having the matter resolved, I further wanted to be provide
