Applied for homeloan 5 months ago, at first it was approved. Now that it's due to be paid, suddenly the homeloan is declined. Everyone is passing the bucket and no one has any interest to come back to you. It's the worste client service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Absa pushes their branches for sales till they are red in the faces, but when there is actually business coming their way, they can't operate!!! Absa homeloan department is a disgrace!!!
